Hilton Boston Back Bay

Loved the app. There were a bunch of guests waiting their turns around the front desk when I arrived. I didn't need to stop there; just went right to my room. When I was ready to check out, there was a button for that too. All very easy. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. A few spaces to work, easy to access power outlets, dimmable lighting, stable wifi. Beautiful nightime view out the window of the Christian Science Center Buildings (pic). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the little details that made it comfortable.

Location and a substantial fitness center saved the day.

The location was great and walkable to our destinations. Friendly and welcoming staff. The bartender recommended a place for us to eat due to us arriving late and the hotel kitchen was closing.

Great Location, huge clean rooms and bathrooms, supa chill air-conditioner, helpful staff, good spread of breakfast, awesome Bar, helpful and polite staff. The bell staff Mr Kevin too sweet and helpful to go out of the way to help.

Proximity to the Back Bay, Fenway Park, the mall at the Prudential Center, and Northeastern University (my son is a student there). The hotel is smaller than a lot of the other national chains in the area (Marriott, Sheraton, Weston and Marriott), and I like the scale of it (Think: no lines when you check in, fewer people in the lobby, parking lot is smaller and less hectic). The lobby bar is nice and usually has a small and manageable crowd. The staff at the hotel and bar/restaurant are friendly and eager to help.
